I ACTUALLY DID IT!! I WORKED OUT!!

Well, I did the stair stepper for 10 minutes this morning. I know, I know... "just 10 minutes?" But for me to do any type of excercise is good. So... I am so excited that I did that much. That was early this morning and then this evening me and my daughter did some more working out. We did some hula hooping, jogging and some yoga. It felt so good and I was actually liked doing it.

My daughter is great! She encourages me and always gives me high fives when I am doing good. I really have the best workout partner because she pushes me when I want to quit. I love my little baby cheetah.

Now that I have started I am really excited to continue and can't wait to do it tomorrow. Weird I know but I am on a totally natural high from the exercising. I love it.

  1. Kassidy is a great motivator. Dr Oz said that even if you do 10 minute work outs 3 times a day that is fine. or 2 15 minute workouts. just stay moving. How about walking around the mall? Can you do that? I still have not done any exercise other than the 300 ft & 25 stairs i have to walk up & down to get to the bathroom 5 times a day at work because now that I am drinking so much water I am literally running to the potty.....
    So Tonight is the night Paula & I are starting our exercise. well thats if we can handle the 20 deegree weather...
